Samples of each book or study material are available on the product page, along with a detailed index. If you face any issues with the study material, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.

We entertain requests for return, refund, and replacement only for physical study notes in the following cases:

1. Product received is broken or physically damaged.

2. The product received does not match the specification as mentioned during the order placement (wrong book, wrong set, wrong subject, or incorrect material type).

In case of a return, Sankalp Coaching reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping charges, marketing, operational, and handling charges, as well as any damage or restocking fees, before issuing a refund.

Order cancellation is valid only until the products are dispatched from our warehouse. We do not accept cancellation requests once the product has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner.
